First and foremost they are NOT closed. They serve delicious healthy meal replacement shakes high I in protein along with amazing tasty energy teas Sherry is the owner and she is there to serve you up always with a smile and a bundle of great energy!!
Stopped in after Googling “protein shakes Mechanicsville” and was so glad I did! Great variety of products—protein shakes, energy teas, and iced coffees—with tons of flavor options for each. The shop is bright, clean, and super cute, and the owner was incredibly kind and helpful. I tried the Peanut Butter Overload protein shake—so good! I’ll definitely be back.
